Two years ago purchasers of the Elysium apartments caused headlines when the Terrigal project sold out within two weeks of its sales launch.
Snapped up mostly by local downsizers, the exclusive development at the old Country Comfort site on Terrigal Drive overlooks both the beach and lagoon and includes six boutique buildings of 64 apartments that range from two, three and four bedrooms. Sale prices ranged from sold from $770K – $3.24 million.
Last week purchasers received the keys to their new homes in the beachside luxury development, and if smiling faces are anything to go by, Tony Denny’s property group have well and truly delivered on their promise.
Gary Livesley from Sydney said he and his wide ‘could not have been happier’ with the project.
“That sort of attention to detail and quality is not achieved by accident. The grounds and pool area are breathtaking, and I can’t wait to show our friends and family what a fantastic complex we live in,” he said.
Central Real CEO, Richard Ellis, said the project which took two years to build and over 2000 contractors and workers, was a statement to the quality the Central Coast should aspire to.
“We set out to design and build something that hadn’t been delivered to the Coast before. We deliberately specified that this project was not for holiday makers, so there is no Air BnB allowed and no holiday letting, this is for owner occupiers to enjoy proximity to the beach and all Terrigal has to offer.”
Several sustainability features have been built into the project including solar panels, water tanks for garden irrigation, electric car charging points, to name a few.
An exclusive release of The Penthouse Collection, which has been held by Mr Denny until the project’s completion, is scheduled to take place in early 2020 and includes only three apartments with panoramic water views over Terrigal Beach.
Two sub penthouses and a showpiece double penthouse have been described by the Central Real media team as “amazing”.
Elysium is the fifth development project delivered on the Coast by Central Real this year.
